Steps to make eggplant meal
First step: cut the eggplants in two halves horizontally and grill them. You can also boil them in water, grill or boil them depends on your taste.

Fifth step: In this step, your eggplant meal is ready but it may be quite watery. In this case, take the lid off, crank up the heat, and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Sixth step: your eggplant meal is ready and you can serve it with rice or bread.
